Heri
Co-Founder, CEO
Heri is a fisheries sustainability expert with extensive experience in eco-certifications, supply chain analysis, and fisheries improvement projects (FIPs). He has led FIP coordination, seafood traceability initiatives, and social responsibility assessments across Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam. A certified MSC Level 3 CBT and Social Responsibility Assessment (SRA) assessor, Heri has conducted MSC Pre-Assessments in Indonesia, Palau, and Tonga.

Andini Kusumasari
Co-Founder, COO
Andini is a marine scientist with a strong background in fisheries and sustainable seafood industry development. She is passionate about working with nature to improve livelihoods using the least invasive approaches. A Women in Ocean Food Innovation Studio 2022 Cohort member, a certified MSC Level 2 CBT and Social Responsibility Assessment (SRA) assessor, bringing valuable expertise in eco-certifications and responsible fisheries management.

Eko Octavianus
Co-Founder, CFO
Eko is a sustainability practitioner who strongly focuses on marine conservation, sustainable fisheries, and social equity. With a background in accounting, he transitioned into the environmental sector. As a Social Responsibility Assessment (SRA) assessor and Atlantic Fellows for Social and Economic Equity (AFSEE) Senior Fellow at the London School of Economics, he addresses the inequities faced by coastal and fisheries communities.

A. Riza Baroqi
Fisheries Technical Specialist
Riza is a fisheries practitioner over 11 years of experience in small-scale fisheries, spanning grassroots engagement to co-management and policy implementation. Associate Technical Consultant for the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) and Social Responsibility Assessment (SRA) assessor. 2024 Blue Pioneer Accelerator Fellow at the University of California Santa Cruz, he supports fishers’s capacity-building on data, ETP species, and financial literacy.
